Welcome to Our Dealership!

Harpster Equipment, Inc. was established in 1974 as a family owned business by Glen, Dolores, and Terry Harpster.  It was originally an Oliver & Hesston dealership that also sold grain bins and truck equipment.  Over the years several different major and short line franchises were sold.  Other family members have been a part of the business and now Terry and Lorie Harpster continue the business in Moberly.  In fall of 2005, a new building and acreage was purchased on Business 63 North (2061 North Morley).  Recognizing the need for expansion to keep up with our customers needs, a new shop was built.  You are invited to explore the expanded show room, parts displays, and look over our new and used equipment on the new lot to the south which was added in 2007.

About the Owners

Terry Harpster

Terry has been with the dealership since it opened in 1974.  He has worked in the shop, parts, and sales departments.  Terry has knowledge of the older oliver tractors, as well as, all the current model equipment.  He is now the overseer of the entire business.  His primary responsibilities include making sure that the shop runs smoothly, keeping inventory of parts, and generating sales. 

Lorie Harpster

Lorie provides years of business management experience including accounting, sales, and financing.  She handles the day to day details of the business.  She also acts as backup support for the parts and equipment sales departments.  If you have questions about our competitive financing options, feel free to stop by to chat with Lorie.  Be sure to ask about our O% interest-free financing deals.  Lorie is usually one of the first people to greet you and will have the  coffee on!
